Lifestyle and disease are clearly linked. The three leading causes of death in the United States—heart disease, cancer, and stroke—are more likely to occur in people who make poor lifestyle choices, especially eating a diet high in saturated fats, trans fatty acids, and cholesterol, not exercising regularly and smoking.
A dialog about these matters with doctors and other health care practitioners can help people make informed decisions and lead to a healthier lifestyle. Taking responsibility for one’s own health can prove to be exciting, rewarding, and affordable.
To help us understand your present eating habits we require that you
monitor what you eat for five days in a row and then make your
submission after each day.
When a person submits an eating log they need to provide as much information
as possible including time of day, drinks, quantity, etc.

e-mail software…. Then just press SEND and the information will
reach us when you are on-line.
Once all the reports for five days are submitted you will receive your plan within 3 days.
Privacy Issues
We believe people have a right to privacy and confidentiality of their health information. We will never willfully disclose individual personally identifiable information without the express permission and desire of that individual. We believe people must know in advance how personal health characteristics are collected and utilized. We will always disclose my business practices in advance and will not deviate from its disclosure statement without the express consent of the individuals who have relied upon it.
