Who: Like-minded Women who want to be healthier inside & out! Invite your friends from anywhere in the world to join you and support each other. Led by two highly qualified health & wellness experts.

When: Six Tuesdays at 8 pm EST 

Where: Weekly calls for Virtual Learning by phone. Anyone can join from anywhere in the world. All they need is a phone. Dial-in number to be provided upon registration.

Week One: ‘Cleaning House’ Sept. 2nd It is what we do consistently that manifests as the body we have. In week one we will discuss habits that prevent us from achieving ultimate health. We will create strategies around actions that hold us back.

Week Two: ‘Dispelling Myths’ Sept. 9th We look at popular diet myths and fads and decipher fact from fiction. We will also look at the myths we tell ourselves.

Week Three: ‘Eating For Stress’ Sept. 16th We all have stress. Some of us are manifestations of poor sleep, no exercise and a lack of copying strategies. Learn how to eat in stressful times and develop strategies for eating during social occasions.

Week Four: ‘Block & Focus’ Sept. 30th Getting into a new routine is often difficult. This week Susan & Pauline will discuss the ‘Block & Focus’ method and how to bring about lasting, positive change. Susan will also present the 3 consistent actions that will give you a lean, healthy body.

Week Five: ‘Mentalmorphasize’ Oct. 6th What you believe is what you achieve. Daily visualization leads you to take action. These actions can transform your body in an instant. If you think it, feel it, write it & focus your actions on it–you can have it!

Week Six: ‘Detoxify & Rejuvenate’ Oct. 13th The body is a wondrous thing. It can eliminate and create disease. It can be your best friend and worst enemy. Find out how to periodically detoxify your body and rid yourself of toxins and rejuvenate your system and your soul.
